Home Owners Association Committees
The strength of a condominium association lies in the volunteer efforts of its members. Committees are most effective when they draw on specific member expertise and experience. Moreover, committees are training ground for future board members. Committee members are often called on to participate in COA meetings.
Magnolias has established a number of committees, such as Landscape, Community Care, Architectural, and Finance. These committees are led by a Chairperson who works with the Board of Directors.
