The Magnolias Clubhouse, The Teague House,

is available to rent for private functions by reservation. Requests for reservations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

 

The cost to rent the clubhouse for one day is

$95.  The clubhouse is available for rental between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm. Reservations will be accommodated on a first-come basis. The pool is not included in the reservation.

Dogs are not allowed in the pool area at any
